+ Doctors, nurses and staff are professional and friendly + Hospital is clean, has many facilities such as restaurants + Efficient service, short waiting times + High level of hygiene is ensured throughout the hospital + Hospital has modern technology treatment options - Some areas of the hospital which aren't used frequently aren't equipped with AC. Some old corridors aren't maintained well.

Way over expected for the admit patient. Many times admit experience. Nice & Clean. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️The doctors and medical staffs are great professional. Pay attention. The room upstairs is update, clean and well organized. 🏥🥼🛏️ 😇😇 Simple rule to understand the public hospital is long waiting time, crowded queue and the capacity of car parking.

Very very very lousy hospital ! Nurse and doctors are not very professional unless you are a military personnel. They lack of service cos is only meant for the soldiers . I personally think the police hospital and the Chula hospital has better service . This hospital treat patients with attitude . The worst part is not free ! Paid for service no service and no respect :(

The hospital has great doctors. But parkng is really hard. I take a taxi there. To avoid parking problem. If you need parking, then be ready to drive there at 03:00 at night to get a space. The system is really confusing where to paid and how to get the medisin. When you done with you doctor. Then go first floor. Then you go one place to get a sticker to get the price. Then another to close the right if you have that. Then they give you a new sticker to get medisin. Then you need to watch a tv system that is confusing. Why they can not put up go to point 1, then go to point 2, then wait in point 3 to get you ..... Even taxi line is confusing. I like to go to the overtime clinic in here. Then it is easy.

In General, the hospital is well established and capable of handling a large number of patients for various specialized treatments. I have been working in the healthcare business for over 30 years and one of the most important issue is hospital staff attitude. I have visited this military hospital twice in the past 2 months as a companion with my Thai female partner and I have been very happy with the setup and the staff. However, during both my visits, one particular ENT doctors' attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional which has given me a bad impression. My partner is unable to speak because she has a tracheotomy and is unable to give any details or answers easily and needs me for assistance. when my partner was called in, I waited outside and told her to take permission from the doctor first for me to go in. Both times, my partner called for me in and this doctor just looks at me and the first time he did not even acknowledge my presence. He asked the nurse to tell me to go out and wait outside. The second time, again, my partner called for me and the same doctor just looked at me then turned his face away and started talking to my partner ignoring me totally so I just walked away. Doctors should be taught on how to behave with patients and their companions before they are allowed to perform any treatments. I understand that in some cases, a patient may need some privacy and the doctor should politely inform me that I should wait outside or something. Other than that, some minor issues need to be addressed on hygiene, signage, staff management, queuing system, organised timed appointments, etc

A good military hospital that provides all specialties treatments. Doctors are all army officials and well skilled. Being public means treatment costs are low but more crowded. If there, spare time to visit the beautiful throne hall and its little coffeeshop on hospital ground.

The parking building on Sunday was vacant and seemed not security. The patient room was a bit old, but well cleaned.
